Featured Topic: From Fear to Freedom: Creating Psychological Safety

This interactive workshop will focus on foundational concepts of empathy-building and psychological safety to strengthen team dynamics and improve interactions with colleagues, partners, and the broader community. Participants will explore what psychological safety is, why it is essential for high-performing and innovative teams, and how fear-based environments undermine trust, engagement, and collaboration.

Using real-world examples, case studies, and structured discussion, the session highlights common behaviors that erode psychological safety and offers practical strategies leaders and teams can apply to create an environment where individuals feel safe to contribute ideas, ask questions, and challenge assumptions without fear of judgment or retaliation. The workshop introduces the Four Stages of Psychological Safety model and provides actionable tools to support trust, inclusion, and open communication in the workplace.

Recertification Credits:
