Create the Culture You Want… or Live with the Culture You Get

Workplace culture isn’t accidental, but it often goes unmanaged. This session focuses on how HR professionals can take a more intentional approach to shaping culture in ways that drive engagement, retention, and performance.

You’ll explore how culture shows up in everyday behaviors, communication, and expectations, and walk through practical frameworks you can use to assess, influence, and sustain meaningful change.

    You’ll walk away able to:

    • Clearly define and assess your organization’s current culture
    • Identify gaps between current and desired culture
    • Engage employees and stakeholders in culture-building efforts
    • Apply tools like PDSA and SMART goals to implement change
    • Measure progress using both qualitative and quantitative data

This is a practical, application-focused session designed to give you tools you can use immediately in your organization.
