Employment Law Update

Update on new Illinois and federal employment laws.

Speaker:

David Lubben from Davis & Campbell

David’s practice emphasizes both employment litigation and commercial litigation. He represents employers in all

aspects of employment disputes, including protecting proprietary information, litigating non-competition

agreements, complying with safety and health regulations, and advocating on benefits disputes. He regularly

defends EEOC and state discrimination charges and OSHA complaints, and frequently represents employers in

discrimination and retaliation lawsuits filed in state and federal courts. David also has a robust practice representing

businesses in real estate, commercial disputes, and business-related tort and contract litigation.

Recertification Credits:

1 hour of general HRCI and and 1 SHRM PDC will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
